NEW SHOES

It is Saturday, Carl, Danny and Anna are going totown with Mummy. They are taking a broken watch to thewatchmaker, they want to look at some books in the bookshopand they want to buy some new shoes. Carl is happy becausehe knows that the following day, Sunday, he will be able towear his new shoes and that on his day in town, he has learnta lot about how we measure time in weeks, months, years andlong or shorter periods of time.

My First Reading Books help children to consider reading as an enjoyable activity and a valuable source of information in the language learning process from an early age. Reading opens up a new world of fantasy for children, enriches their lives and at the same time, develops their vital language and critical thinking skills.
